Your Responsibilities :

Manage accounting for 15+ entities across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Prepare and analyze balance sheets and income statements.

Validate invoice coding, reconcile bank accounts, and handle tax filings.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

What We're Looking For :

4+ years of property or real estate accounting experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus).

Experience with MRI, Yardi, RealPage, or similar ERP systems preferred.
