LDPI, Inc., headquartered in Eau Claire, WI provides hazardous location and specialty industrial lighting. We are hiring a strategic, execution-focused Product and Project Manager to lead new product development and cross-functional initiatives that will define our next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive the full product lifecycle – from initial concept and market research to design, launch, and continuous improvement. You'll own the roadmap, aligning innovation with customer needs and LDPI's strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by collaborating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth communication, efficient development, and successful project execution.
- Oversee complex projects with precision , managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure milestones are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Translate customer insights into actionable strategies , turning feedback and market trends into next-generation lighting products and solutions that define industry standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and key deliverables , analyzing data to optimize results, improve efficiency, and drive continuous product and process improvement.
- Champion innovation and quality , ensuring LDPI's products continue to meet the highest standards for performance, safety, and reliability in demanding industrial environments.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in product and / or project management , ideally within manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related technical field where precision and performance matter.Proven success managing the entire product lifecycle , including concept development, design coordination, launch, and post-launch evaluation.A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset , with the ability to communicate clearly, influence across teams, and keep projects moving efficiently.Strong technical acumen , with familiarity in tools such as CAD, ERP, or PLM systems – helping you bridge the gap between engineering and business objectives.Analytical and strategic thinking skills , enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and profitability.Bonus points for professional certifications , such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile methodologies, which demonstrate your ability to lead complex projects using modern management frameworks.Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Product Design (or equivalent experience in a related field).Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline) preferred, showcasing advanced expertise in business strategy, innovation, or engineering principles.Why LDPI?
