Senior Engineering Director

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Engineering to lead the global engineering vision and continuous improvement strategy for their Distribution and Logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global engineering strategy and roadmap for distribution and logistics

Lead large-scale distribution and logistics initiatives and oversee continuous improvement processes

Collaborate with Global Commercial Teams to enhance logistics capabilities that support market expansion and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

15+ years of engineering leadership experience in apparel retail, wholesale, and e-commerce

Proven success in building and scaling logistics platforms in high-volume environments

Deep expertise in supply chain technology, including WMS, TMS, and enterprise architecture

Experience with financial modeling and business case creation

Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders effectively
