What Youll Do :

Welcome clients and their pups each day with warmth and professionalism.

Manage daily check-ins, calls, payments, and scheduling with care and accuracy.

Share the story of what makes The Wags Club special our open play yards, our community of regulars, and our teams passion for animal well-being.

Work closely with our daycare and grooming staff to make sure every dogs needs are met.

Keep the front desk tidy and the vibe positive for everyone who walks through our doors.

Upload photos of our furry guests to social media to brighten our clients days.

Ideal Candidate :

Loves dogs and believes in providing them with safe, loving care.

Has experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative work.
