NMLS Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager

A company is looking for a New Market Mortgage Branch Manager NMLS.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production goals and ensure operational excellence

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of mortgage staff while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations

Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and actively participate in mortgage industry associations

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Two or more years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator

NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008

Preferred supervisory experience of at least two years

Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, sales strategies, and current market trends
