Job description

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret wiring diagrams HVAC blueprints schematics and job specifications.
Install service and maintain residential commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Fabricate assemble and install spiral and square ductwork.
Connect and test refrigerant condensate and air distribution systems.
Perform start-up troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems.
Pressure test systems for leaks and proper function.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Coordinate work with other trades and team members on-site.

Qualifications

4 years of commercial or industrial HVAC installation or service experience preferred.

Strong understanding of HVAC principles refrigeration cycles and system components.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings schematics wiring diagrams & blueprints.

Skilled in duct fabrication layout and installation.

Experience with brazing soldering and refrigerant handling (EPA certification preferred).

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs working at heights and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the St. Louis region.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Pipefitting and / or electrical experience is a plus.
