From calendar management and travel planning to coordinating team meetings and events, you will be responsible for making sure the leaders are using their time in the most efficient way possible./ppReporting to the lead Executive Assistant on the Product Team, you will partner with your leaders, collaborate closely with the Affirm Leadership Support Team, and be a valuable team specialist and individual contributor./ppstrongWhat Youll Do/strong/pulliSupport two Vice Presidents with their respective administrative needs/liliCalendar management, including scheduling meetings and deconflicting existing meetings, often across multiple time zones/liliMeeting preparation (such as calendar event creation, drafting agendas, creating slide decks, and communicating with meeting attendees in advance of the meeting)/liliManaging executive schedules to ensure sufficient time for task completion/liliAttend meetings when requested to manage Zoom, track action items, and follow up with meeting attendees on action items/liliEvent planning and coordination, including for working onsite/offsite meetings and team building events/liliAdditional administrative functions such as submitting expense reports and travel coordination (both via Navan), preparation of documents and presentations (using Google Suite), basic team travel and expense budget reconciliation, and ad-hoc special projects/liliPartner with the Leadership Support Team to coordinate across the wider Affirm team/li/ulpstrongWhat We Look For/strong/pulli2+ years of relevant administrative experience/liliAbility to work independently as well as across various teams/liliExperience at a rapidly growing company, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment/liliWorking knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Navan, Zoom/liliStrong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment/liliAbility to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically/liliHighly organized and resourceful, able to juggle and multitask, with acute attention to detail and follow through/li/ulpPay Grade - I/ppEquity Grade - 2/ppEmployees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
