OTR Driver Benefits :

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Get $1500 on your first Friday after starting, another $1500 on your second Friday, followed by $1000 at 45 days, and $1000 at 120 days.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 23 years old for OTR driving (21 for local)

At least 1 year of verifiable OTR / Regional experience in the last 3 years

Ability to pass a Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen

No alcohol-related offenses within the last 5 years

No record of reckless or careless driving in the past 3 years

No felonies in the last 7 years

No cell phone violations in the past 2 years

No speeding 15 or more MPH over the limit in the past 2 years

Accident History :

Review of any DOT preventable recordable accidents within the last 12 months (accident report required)

No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 12 months (accident report required)

No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 36 months

Serious Safety Violations :

Will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (such as bridge strikes, rollovers, train strikes, reckless driving)
