Specialist Data Admin (Supply Chain)

Title : Supply chain Analyst

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 PM CST

The Supply Chain Admin is under the EOA Supply Chain Department, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager. This position is in charge of a lens products portfolio for which he / she is responsible for maintaining inventory and supporting assistance to other planners.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for executing orders to the respective suppliers
• Responsible for reviewing and screening orders for then release based on current inventory
• Analyze backorders and develop action plan to speed up recovery based on current inventory available between DCs. Provide reliable recovery dates.
• Responsible for analyzing SKU level attributes such as safety stock, lead times for Distribution Centers (DCs)
• Monitor essential KPI's and review corrective actions when outside established boundarie
• All other duties assigned by management within the scope of this position
