FAR Inspections is looking for highly motivated individuals to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders. Independent contractors earn predictable full-time or supplemental income and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required but an ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines is crucial. Based in Reno, NV, FAR Inspections has been in business for over 9 years.
What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties. The purpose of the property inspection is to verify property occupancy and to report the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
