Position Title : GMP UNIT DIRECTOR

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000

Job Summary

The GMP Unit Director will be the on-site leader for our organization at the location. This is a client-facing role. Role requires extremely strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsible for the overall management of services provided under the customer agreement to a Business & Industry client. Ensures compliance with all provisions of the client contract and with regulatory agency policies and procedures. Responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all contracted services at the operation, including ultimate financial responsibility. Works with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the cleanliness of the facility. Ensures safety requirements are consistently adhered to.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve Budget / Financial Responsibilities
• Manages and tracks all financial reports, site inspections and period evaluations with customer. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics.
• Controls expenses within area of responsibility. Maintain stock of clean room and janitorial supplies, equipment.
• Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures that department operates within budget.
• Completes Operating reports, payroll, purchasing, work orders
