Job Mission
The Plumbing Professional provides bluefrog Plumbing + Drain clients with courteous,
professional, and technically correct installations of our products and services. The
successful Plumbing Professional is able to communicate with the customer in a way that
demonstrates empathy and understanding of issues and concerns and is able to provide
ultimate customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer experience.
The Plumbing Professional is the primary contact with our customers and they provide customers with expert technical knowledge of the given job with professionalism throughout the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
Using your technical experience to
- Diagnose, repair and install plumbing services to customers.
- Maintain and upgrade your technical knowledge based on current and future
standards.
- Maintain and keep clean company issued tools, equipment, and vehicles used on the
job.
- Complete all job-related paperwork with timeliness and accuracy.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and excellence in work performance.
- Perform all assigned work with integrity, courteousness, and "can-do" positive
attitude.

Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain license as required by state, local and federal requirements.
- Must have valid driving license with clean driving record and maintain clean record.
- Must pass and maintain background and drug testing.

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
