This role involves performing a range of procedures and medical services that do not require physician-level complexity, supporting both outpatient and procedural orthopedic care.Key Responsibilities Assist in evaluation and treatment of orthopedic patients Perform clinical procedures within the PA scope of practice Document findings and care plans in the electronic medical record Coordinate care and follow-up with the supervising physician Participate in pre- and post-operative care and patient educationQualifications Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant training program Current New York State Physician Assistant registration Active BLS certification Minimum of 2 years experience in orthopedics preferred Eligible for practice in medicine, surgery, or other approved specialties under NY State guidelines Estimated pay range / amount is $135,095 - $159,313.
