Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for the overall operations of the machine and the manufacturing of high-quality parts. This role requires a deep understanding of the rotational molding process and the ability to program, maintain, and operate the rotomold machine efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Program and maintain the operation of the rotomold machine, including setup, shutdown, and temperature adjustments.
• Fill buckets with powder, pull completed parts, and perform scraping and cleaning as per work instructions.
• Understand rotational molding processes, including mold preparation and minor maintenance tasks such as mold releases and cleaning parting lines.
• Ensure the production of good quality parts by adhering to quality standards and critical dimensions.
• Conduct first-part inspections to approve setup.

Manufacturing Technician II (2 nd & 3 rd

shifts)

$21 / hr; 2nd shift - $1 / hr shift differential; 3rd shift - $1.50 shift differential; training on 1st for several months; progression scale, increases every 3 months, $25.50 at 12 months

Welder (1 st shift)

$19.35 / hr; progression scale, $22.65 at 12 months

Test Engineer

$27.50 / hr

Mechanical Drafter

$23.50 / hr

Field Service Technician

$24.00 / hr Travel involved, could be at a moment’s notice, intercontinental

Shipper I (1 st shift)

$17.75 / hr; progression scale; $19.50 / hr at 12 months

Parts Washer (1 st shift)

$17.75 / hr; progression scale; $19.50 / hr at 12 months

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $45000.00 / yr.
