Local Pay (50 miles) : $1980 / gross ($55 / hr)

Travel Pay : $2,326 / gross ($30 / hr on w2 + $1246 / weekly per-diem)

2 years of relevant experience in Cardiac recovery or IR pacemaker patients - Required

Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, (AHA)

Shift Hours : 3x12 (Mon / Tu / Thu - 5p-5 : 30a)

Must have EPIC experience

Preferred travel experience

Must have IL license in hand
