Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Float Pool

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool, where every shift presents unique challenges and opportunities for professional growth. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details :

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Hours per Week : 36
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
Location : Aurora St Luke's Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Incentives & Benefits :

Your Role :

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.

Deliver exceptional patient care while adapting quickly to changing unit workflows.

Utilize your experience to enhance patient safety and quality of care.

What We Are Looking For :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility to meet specific scheduling needs every 6 weeks.

Training & Skills Development :

Comprehensive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse responsibilities.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license in the respective state.
