Salary : $115,000.00–$125,000.00 USD annually

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing
• 2+ years as a Superintendent or Manager in a poultry manufacturing plant
• Flexible to work all shifts as needed
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results through mentoring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
• 20% bonus potential
