MBS is hiring an Expansion / Extrusion Operator in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain machinery in extrusion, expansion, and rewinding areas.
• Monitor production, handle machine changeovers, and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Perform spooling and rewinding tasks; complete accurate paperwork on material and labor usage.
• Assist with machine maintenance and monitor quality through self-inspection.
• Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions and work with maintenance as needed.
• Follow work instructions and company policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) efforts for a safe work environment.
• Train new employees and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
• Other duties as assigned.
