Caregiver Manager

We are currently hiring for a Caregiver Manager to join our branch located in Gresham. The Caregiver Manager will supervise and lead a team of caregivers by training, developing, and supporting them so they may thrive in their roles and provide quality care for our clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with talent acquisition, engaging new caregivers, conducting weekly orientation, partnering with staffing, facilitating client introductions, delivering ongoing training, ensuring compliance, serving as a contact point, conducting performance evaluations, assisting HR, maintaining records, participating in meetings, adhering to policies, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include at least one year of experience in healthcare or senior care management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong time management and decision-making abilities, exceptional leadership and communication skills, commitment to enhancing the quality of life for caregivers and clients, fluency in English (spoken and written), two to three professional references, and a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Preferred qualifications include experience with a Point of Care software and experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities in a caregiving or healthcare setting. Pay range is $48,000-55,000.
