Shifts Available
Short Hour : Wed NOC (7pm - 7 : 30am)
Expected starting wage range is $56.00 - $69.19. The full wage range goes up to $82.38. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
In Voluntary Residential Substance Use Treatment Programs, the term “member” means “Resident” in consistence with Title 9.
Essential Functions
Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholdersOversees and provides nursing care except for SUTS (Substance Use Treatment) programsCompletes nursing assessmentsAssists in the welcoming, admissions, and discharge processEstablishes and maintains a therapeutic relationship with members servedAttends and participates in community meetings and groupsActively participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning meetingsCoordinates and supervises admissions to assure accurate and complete documentation in the medical record and timely referral to the medical physicianCoordinates and participates in counting medications and giving report at the beginning and end of each shiftReviews and maintains the amount, accuracy, and quality of documentation included in the medical recordsDemonstrates knowledge of crisis management and interventionTranscribes physician orders accurately and in a timely mannerAdministers medication and treatments to members served except for SUTS (Substance Use Treatment) programsReceives and presents change of shift report as assignedAdheres to medication management policies and proceduresNotifies the prescriber and Nursing Supervisor of any changes in behavior or conditionDocuments the progress of members served toward their Recovery Plan goalsDevelops and implements nursing care plans except for SUTS (Substance Use Treatment) programsIf employed at Inpatient program, must assist with restraint of members served in the event of assaultive behavior and pass assault crisis / crisis prevention training except for SUTS (Substance Use Treatment) programsIf employed at Outpatient program, must evade members served in the event of assaultive behavior and pass assault crisis / crisis prevention trainingFor Voluntary Residential Substance Use Programs

Qualifications
Required :
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operationsValid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) / BLS (Basic Life Support) certificateMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employmentFor Voluntary Residential Substance Use Treatment Programs
Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employmentAll opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
