Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Land Manager to oversee the development, management, and strategic utilization of land assets within our organization. Responsibilities

Skills
Strong management skills with experience supervising teams and overseeing complex projects.Proven ability in program development from conception through execution, including strategic planning and evaluation.Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, contractors, and internal teams.Extensive administrative experience in record keeping, budgeting, reporting, and compliance documentation.Skilled in program management techniques to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.Working knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities or other vulnerable populations is a plus.Background in social work or behavioral health to understand community needs and support inclusive project planning.Competence in budgeting processes to manage financial resources responsibly across multiple initiatives that promote sustainable growth while building strong community relationships!
