Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in / check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Organize and oversee special events and activities for guests
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues to ensure a positive experience
