About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Head of Finance to lead HiveWatch’s finance function through its next phase of growth. This role will be full-time and in-person at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA.

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll report directly to the Co-Founder & CEO and partner closely with leaders across every team at HiveWatch. You’ll be responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring HiveWatch remains focused on value creation and capital-efficient growth.

This is a unique opportunity to build the finance function at a high-growth, Series B SaaS company—balancing strategic foresight with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.
