What You’ll Do :

• This isn’t your typical operator role—you’ll be hands-on in a cutting-edge, high-mix shop where no two days are the same. You’ll :
• Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines, including either Zimmerman, HAAS mills, andLathes.
• Run both billet and non-traditional stock (e.g., 3D prints, foam, castings).
• Collaborate with engineering to provide real-time DFM feedback and drive rapid iteration.
• Occasionally work with LFAM 3D printers and get hands-on with hybrid manufacturing workflows.
• Perform post-process and in-process inspection of molds, tooling, and final parts using standard metrology tools.
• Move quickly between R&D prototypes and low-rate production runs.
• Communicate actively across teams—engineering, composites, inspection, and operations.

Hourly Range : $30 – $45 per hour.  Final compensation is based on your experience, skills, and what you bring to the table.
