Job descriptionProvide chairside assistance for routine and complex procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols Take impressions, place sealants, assist with lab work Ensure smooth scheduling and daily efficiency Use Open Dental, Dental Intel, and DTX software Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive culture X-ray certification required EFDA certification preferred Team player with a willingness to learn and grow $25 / hour minimum (higher with experience) Quarterly bonuses Medical, dental (in-office), and wellness benefit PTO, paid holidays, and guilt-free time off 401(k) with 3% match Paid CE’s and licensing fees Uniform allowance and paid lunch on meeting days Team outings, supportive environment, and long-standing patients Advanced technology and never asked to clock out early $25-$32 / hour

- Monday 10–6, Tuesday 9–5, Wednesday & Thursday 7–3, Friday 9–1
- Arrive 30 minutes early for prep and team huddles
