A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure customer adoption of their fleet management software.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with customers to assess goals and ensure proper account setup and implementation support
Track tasks against a schedule and coordinate with internal staff to meet onboarding milestones
Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes and share customer feedback with internal teams
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and internal communication tools
Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large datasets
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Passion for organization and improving organizational systems
