Warehouse Operator
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a warehouse operator to join their team. As a warehouse operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location : Four Oaks, NC
Pay Range : $17.5
Shift : Monday-Friday-2 : 30pm to 10 : 30pm 2nd shift
What's the job?
Operate a variety of equipment such as pallet jacks, high reach trucks, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the plant, office, or warehouse.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and movements as required.
Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within warehouse operations.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
Work under general to limited supervision, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
What's needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ year of recent forklift / warehouse experience.
Ability to complete a 10 panel drug screen (required).
Basic skills training in operational processes such as material handling, logistics, or manufacturing production.
Effective communication skills and the ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math calculations.
