We are seeking a Principal with a top-tier consulting background who thrives in entrepreneurial settings and has a track record of building C-level relationships. This is a senior-level, client-facing role with a strong focus on business development and new market growth. The Principal acts as a growth engine for the firm – identifying new opportunities, opening executive doors, and converting prospects into long-term client partnerships.

What You\'ll Do

• Hunting & Growth

Lead origination of new business across CPG, agrifuel, and crop inputs, targeting senior executives and decision makers

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-level executives on data, AI, and managed services

Own and exceed business development and revenue targets, with accountability for both topline growth and margin health
