Required Qualifications :
10+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or SaaS sectors
Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue quotas
Experience in high-growth environments with a focus on adaptability and proactive leadership
Ability to navigate complex deals and cultivate relationships with employee benefits consultants and brokers
Proficiency in relevant industry tools such as Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Gong
