The Role

The Compliance Associate ensures that MFS complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This role assists in day to day functions associated with the Reporting Compliance including Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting. This role will also assist in various strategic and tactical projects as assigned.

What You Will Do

• With guidance from manager, assist in various reporting functions (Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting).
• Monitors adherence to compliance policies across business units.
• Reports compliance status and issues to the Compliance Officer and senior management.
• Maintains current knowledge of global regulatory changes and marketplace dynamics.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with business partners and industry peers.
• Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement.
• Participates in compliance initiatives and projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

Base Salary Range : $54,000.00 - $78,000.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus. At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
