Position : Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC or equivalent)

Location : Hybrid (Remote & In-Person) Laredo Texas

As we expand our practice, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in delivering exceptional care. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-person visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Care

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for patients across all age groups.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with careful monitoring and follow-up care.

Hybrid Delivery

Provide telepsychiatry services through secure virtual platforms for remote patients.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff.

Documentation and Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the practice’s electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Qualifications :

Education and Certification

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry (PMHNP-BC).

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in psychiatric practice preferred

Skills

Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and medication management skills.
