👩 ⚕️ Chief of Geriatric Medicine Services

Chief of Geriatric Medicine Large Integrated Health System | NYC

We are partnering with a major regional health system to identify a Chief of Geriatric Medicine to lead and continue expanding a comprehensive geriatrics program serving a diverse community population.

Role Scope :

  • Direct and expand outpatient geriatrics and home-based care programs
  • Collaborate with system and departmental leadership to enhance care models
  • Strengthen academic involvement, mentorship, and training programs
  • Potential to develop inpatient consult services and Age-Friendly initiatives Required

    • Qualifications :

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Completion of a Geriatric Fellowship (required)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and a collaborative approach to care
