Lehman Daman is comprised of two main divisions, large projects, and service. The large projects group handles what many would typically think of as commercial construction projects. JOB DESCRIPTION

Lehman Daman is seeking a well skilled and experienced Superintendent that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinatingall activities of various projects.The individual in this role will be responsible for meeting with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine build needs, devise construction schedules and timelines, and oversee subcontractors throughout the project. Candidates should have experience with project management and construction, as well as the ability to adhere to deadlines and budgets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Daily on-site management of construction projects
• Always maintaining our company culture of "safety"; leading by example and having a passion for safety excellence.
• Responsible for maintaining project schedules, suppliers, cost, and quality.
• Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
• Self-perform carpentry-type items as needed, such as doors, door hardware, blocking, partitions, etc.
• Maintain required paperwork, such as daily reports, timesheets, safety audits and drawings.
• Act as a mediator between onsite personnel to devise mutually beneficial solutions.
• Perform walkthrough and aftercare punch items after project completion.
