As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a vital role in our dedicated team at US Renal Care, providing essential care and support to patients with renal failure. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN), ensuring our patients receive the best possible treatment.

Core Responsibilities :

• Direct Patient Care : Engage with patients to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatment, gather vital statistics, initiate and monitor treatment, collect blood samples, and ensure a comfortable environment.
• Technical Expertise : Prepare and maintain dialysis machines, conduct safety checks, and ensure all cleaning and quality protocols are adhered to for optimal performance.
• Commitment to Safety : Utilize personal protective equipment and follow all company policies, state and federal regulations, participating in staff meetings and ongoing education.
