Occupational Therapist (OT) – Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs Schedule

Location : Fremont, CA

Shift : Day Shift

We’re seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Fremont, California . If you're committed to helping patients regain independence and improve their daily lives, this role is for you.

Position Requirements :

Active California OT license

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current BLS certification

At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities :

Develop and implement personalized therapy plans

Work one-on-one with patients to restore mobility and function

Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed

Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and other team members to ensure high-quality care
