Position Summary :

The Emergency Department (ED) at Spring View Hospital, embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to critically ill patients. This is an 11-bed unit that ensures patients receive optimal medical attention and support. You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

The Charge nurse demonstrates professional development and clinical competency; utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
