A company is looking for a Supplier Success Professional (Customer Support) - Bilingual Portuguese / English.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional support to all customers and assist them in navigating the application

Verify technical documents and details on regulatory documents submitted by end users

Interact with customers through various communication channels and prioritize their needs

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing

Call center experience is a plus

Working knowledge of PC and related applications

Ability to learn online software systems

Self-motivated with adaptability to changing environments
