Overview :

We are seeking a Board Certified / Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) to join a respected and collaborative hospital team in New Haven, Connecticut. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care for women across all stages of life. Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply !

Job Setting :

Work in a modern, fully equipped hospital with dedicated labor and delivery units, advanced surgical suites, and comprehensive outpatient gynecology services. The facility offers 24 / 7 support from specialists, advanced practice providers, and nursing teams, along with state-of-the-art EMR systems and diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic surgeries

Manage high-risk pregnancies and perform necessary interventions

Conduct outpatient gynecologic exams, screenings, and procedures

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiology, neonatology, and nursing staff

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and hospital committees

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR system

Requirements :

MD or DO degree

Board Certified / Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Active or eligible Connecticut medical license

Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical procedures

Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities

Experience in hospital-based OBGYN practice preferred but not required
