Overview :

We are seeking a Board Certified / Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) to join a respected and collaborative hospital team in New Haven, Connecticut. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care for women across all stages of life. Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply !

Job Setting :

Work in a modern, fully equipped hospital with dedicated labor and delivery units, advanced surgical suites, and comprehensive outpatient gynecology services. The facility offers 24 / 7 support from specialists, advanced practice providers, and nursing teams, along with state-of-the-art EMR systems and diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic surgeries
  • Manage high-risk pregnancies and perform necessary interventions
  • Conduct outpatient gynecologic exams, screenings, and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiology, neonatology, and nursing staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and hospital committees
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR system
  • Requirements :

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
  • Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical procedures
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in hospital-based OBGYN practice preferred but not required
