Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking an Industrial Designer to lead design efforts from start to finish of new product development projects while collaborating with cross-functional team members across product development, including Product Mgmt., Marketing Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing. The position is responsible for day-to-day design execution on specific product categories, becoming the subject matter expert on anything design-related for those categories, from strategy to project execution. This role acts as a mentor for designers on the team. Range of projects may include Drinking Water Solutions, Filter Systems, Kitchen Sinks and Faucets, Restroom Fixtures, and Hand Drying / Sanitization.
Key Accountabilities

- Collaborate with Product Management to identify and visualize product opportunities and problems to solve driven by consumer insights and relevant market trends. Includes leading and conducting design research activities and ideation workshops; working with 3rd party resources as needed.

The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
Salary Range : $76,000 - $100,000
