Primary Care Physician - Los Angeles, CA

Locations : Diamond Bar, Norwalk & Victorville, CA

Schedule : Mon-Fri | No weekends / nights | Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered clinic. The role includes general primary care services and immigration medical examinations.

Responsibilities :

Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments

Prescribe medications and develop health / wellness regimens

Order / interpret diagnostic tests, refer to specialists as needed

Conduct immigration medical exams per USCIS standards (I-693 completion, vaccinations)

Collaborate with nurses and medical assistants for comprehensive care

Maintain accurate EMR documentation & patient confidentiality

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Qualifications :

MD / DO with unrestricted CA medical license & DEA

Board certified / eligible in Primary Care specialty

Minimum 3 years post-residency experience preferred

BLS certification

Bilingual (English / Korean) strongly preferred
