We are in search of an Associate to join our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be a crucial part of a team that prepares arbitration filings under the Federal No Surprises Act (NSA) and supports our legal team in related tasks. This position involves meticulous writing, detailed accuracy, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities :
- Create and meticulously review NSA arbitration filings
- Collaborate with the legal team to pinpoint any errors, inconsistencies, or potential risks in arbitration filings and identify opportunities for improvement
- Systematically arrange and review documents and exhibits for arbitration filings
- Use our project management platform for all NSA-related tasks
- Maintain meticulous records and case files
- Communicate effectively with all team members, internal clients, and stakeholders
- Execute additional related duties to support the legal team
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
- Use accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools
- Carry out auditing and claim administration tasks
- Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for effective communication and reporting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools is required
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is expected
- Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
- Proficiency in About Time software is beneficial
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial
- Experience in Auditing procedures is essential
- Must have experience in Claim Administration processes
- Excellent Communication skills are required.
