About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Research and Proposal Coordinator to support our strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, deadlines, and collaboration—bringing precision and insight to every proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Research demographic and client data for business growth across the US.
• Submit public records requests to obtain data.
• Maintain and update internal CRM with accurate and timely market intelligence.
• Track proposal deadlines, schedule internal meetings, and manage proposal documentation.
• Compile, format, and organize proposal content in partnership with internal teams.
• Support cross-functional projects with data-driven research and insights.
