A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Participate and lead client calls

Draft, update, and proofread investment adviser compliance manuals and policies

Assist with Form ADV Part 2 preparation and annual compliance reviews

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from a reputable school

3+ years of experience in a law firm regulatory group or in-house at a private equity firm

Strong knowledge of the Advisers Act

Exceptional drafting and analytical skills

Highly organized with a commercial mindset
