The HR Manager will provide leadership and direction for recommending, implementing and supporting practices necessary to drive the success of the facility and be a strategic business partner. Additionally, the position will oversee and carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas : HR Reporting and Metrics, HR Auditing, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, Talent Development, Change Management, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Performance Management, Employment Law and Compliance, HRIS, and special projects.

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications : $93k to $158k annually with additional bonus potential
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provides direction and counsel in all areas of human resources in support of plant operations.
- Develops a positive working relationship with team members and contributes towards an engaging culture to facilitate change and reinforce company values.
- Leads talent management programs, including performance review cycle tracking, individual development plans, and succession planning.
- Oversees requisition, recruitment, interview and selection of non-exempt and exempt positions.
- Serves as resource to plant manager and leadership team regarding human resources related topics and issues.
- Recommends, develops, and implements policies, practices and procedures.
- Leads employee engagement effort, working with plant leadership and management in the creation and use of best practices.
- Assists in the strategic development and planning process.
- Manages governmental and company regulatory compliance efforts.
- Manages plant benefits, compensation, and payroll related processes.
- Develops and implements HR related plans and practices, aligning with operational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field required.
