As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Packaging & Luxury Packaging Designer who is equally strong in structural design, production, and graphics.

What You'll Do

• Design structural packaging (boxes, inserts, sleeves, rigid, folding, etc.) from concept through prototyping to production.
• Create and refine prototypes, mock-ups and golden samples with attention to materials, finishes, and mechanics.
• Use ArtiosCAD for layout, dielines, structural modeling.
• Work with digital cutting / plotting tools (e.g. Zünd, Kongsberg or similar) to create physical mock-ups or proofs.
• Collaborate with prepress / print production teams to ensure artwork and structural files are correct, production ready, accurate, and cost-effective.
• Liaise with suppliers and in-house production to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Maintain brand aesthetic, luxury standards, and ensure consistency across projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, giving accurate estimates of time / cost.

Qualifications

3-5+ years (or more) experience in packaging design with luxury / premium brands.

Strong experience with structural packaging design, including prototyping and production.

Proficiency in ArtiosCAD is required. Experience with Zünd (or similar digital cutter / plotter-based prototyping tools) a plus.

Understanding of prepress / print production processes : file prep, management, dielines, finishing, etc.

Solid graphic design skills (typography, layout, materials / finish knowledge) to manage both the structural and aesthetic side.

Attention to detail, high quality standards, and ability to problem solve around manufacturing constraints.

Nice to Have (Bonus)

Experience with luxury finishes (lamination, foil, embossing, soft-touch, varnish, etc.).

Sustainability / eco-packaging knowledge and / or experience.

Experience with 3D rendering / mock-ups.

Prior experience managing vendor relations or production schedules.
