About Rev.io

Our modern, cloud-based software delivers the industry’s most complete quote-to-cash experience, enabling our clients to grow their revenue efficiently.
Rev.io is an Atlanta-based company with offices in Atlanta and West Virginia. We have more than 21 years in business serving our clients. While we are very experienced in what we do, we are still growing rapidly, and we are looking for exceptional people who are excited to join us on a career-defining journey.
In all of our daily work, each of us is guided by our mission, vision and “ACT TOP” values.
Our Mission : To help clients grow revenue efficiently.
Our Vision : To be the best billing & back-office software company in the world by providing innovative solutions and extraordinary service to our clients and end users.
Our ACT TOP Values :
In a recent national survey, 85% of our employees agreed that Rev.io is a Great Place to Work compared to 57% agreement at comparable US-based companies, Rev.io stands out as a place where team, values and culture combine to create an amazing work environment!
About the role : We’re building a new Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform at Rev.io, and we’re looking for a Product Manager who is ready to help shape the future of the MSP industry. This is not a role for someone looking to write stories from the sidelines. This is for someone who wants to be in the work, close to the code, close to the client, and working with AI to help us move fast and build with intention.
In this role, you’ll leverage agentic tools, but also bring the structure and clarity required to keep an engineering team moving. That means setting a vision, writing requirements, creating great stories, maintaining a clean and prioritized backlog, and ensuring there’s always a clear plan from point A to point B.
We are brining a new product to market. Every decision matters. Every piece of feedback counts. The right candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, highly technical, fast-moving environment where clarity, responsiveness, and client empathy are the standard.
What You’ll Do
What You Bring
Why It Matters : This role supports the evolution of a new PSA application for managed service providers. To meet the needs of this market, we must stay nimble, responsive, and deeply connected to our clients. That means working closely with users, absorbing feedback quickly, and translating that insight into solutions that truly move the needle.
Our Product Owners are at the heart of that process. They are directly tied to the codebase. They are equipped with powerful AI tools. They understand our clients deeply. And they are shaping the future of how modern product teams operate.
If you’re already pushing the boundaries of what agentic tools can do, and you pair that with a passion for people and product, this is the role for you.
