In this paid position, you’ll gain valuable experience while supporting our amazing camp staff and counselors, all while helping to create unforgettable memories for campers.

Your Adventure Awaits :

As a Camp Crew Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of our camp. You’ll assist counselors in leading activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of campers, and learning the ropes of being a fantastic camp counselor yourself!

What You’ll Do :

• Activity Aide : Support counselors in leading engaging daily activities, including sports, games, arts and crafts, and other fun-filled events.
• Creative Collaborator : Help brainstorm and set up exciting age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and promote teamwork among campers.
• Safety Watcher : Keep a close eye on campers during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Encouragement Buddy : Provide support to campers, fostering a positive atmosphere and helping them build friendships and confidence.
• Setup and Cleanup Crew : Assist in organizing and maintaining camp facilities, ensuring everything is ready for a day of fun.
• Communication Liaison : Share updates and feedback with counselors and camp staff, helping to address any camper questions or concerns.
• Role Model in Training : Demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, and professionalism, setting a great example for campers.
