Job description

Overview

Candidate should have 10+ experience in Workday with Core Workday knowledge along HCM / HRIS knowledge and all the modules of Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge on Report writing, Calculated fields and Business process.
  • Knowledge on Core connector, EIBs and Studio Integrations on both Inbound, Outbound integrations.
  • Knowledge on troubleshooting of Integration failures and Errors.
  • Looking for L2 and L3 support so need to have knowledge on Ticketing tools and SLA's.
  • Documenting repetitive incidents and solutions provided in SOPs for future use.
  • Ready to work in shifts or rotation.
  • Managing skills to handle the team and to interact with clients.
  • Presenting WSR over weekly connect with clients on count / number of tickets closed, open and backlogs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Experience in Workday with Core Workday knowledge, HCM / HRIS, and all Workday modules.
  • Experience with report writing, calculated fields, business processes.
  • Experience with Core connectors, EIBs, and Studio Integrations (Inbound / Outbound).
  • Experience troubleshooting integration failures and errors.
  • Experience in L2 / L3 support and familiarity with ticketing tools and SLAs.
  • Experience documenting repetitive incidents and solutions in SOPs.
  • Willingness to work in shifts / rotations and interact with clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present status updates (WSR) to clients.
