Pre-Litigation Attorney

A high-volume plaintiff law practice in Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join our growing personal injury team. Prior experience in personal injury is required. We are looking for an attorney who is responsible, driven, and an effective communicator-someone who brings compassion, motivation, and the ability to work independently.

  • Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases
  • Provide clear guidance and counsel to clients
  • Approach case challenges with problem-solving mindset
  • Conduct medical record review and manage case documentation
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients and staff
  • Perform legal research and prepare written analyses
  • Negotiate and settle cases during the pre-litigation phase
