Urban Wellness is a clinician-focused, woman, neurodivergent (AuDHD), lesbian owned group private practice in Chicago. We are on a mission to eliminate mental health stigma by creating awareness of, appreciation for, and acceptance of mental health self-care.

We have an office in Forest Park and are not currently adding to this team.
